Uwe Nielsen, Banking Professional, (ma sc. econ)
Uwe Nielsen brings over 20 years of experience in investment and private banking, currently Managing Director of Investor Luxembourg. Member of the board of Navitas Renewable Energy Group SA.

He is responsible for the company’s general management, controlling, investor relations and finance.


Lars Graversen, Business Major, Entrepreneur.
Lars Graversen has spent a career in the logistics, retail and trading spheres of the commodity and consumer goods business. Most recently, he worked in researching and sourcing renewable energy projects and real estate objects for numerous clients in Scandinavia.

He is a member of the Navitas acquisition team and brings his business acumen to bear in the Investment Committee.


Niels Hoegholt, Investment Professional in “Renewable Energy”
Niels worked as Chief Sales Officer in the mid-nineties for a venture capital business associated with LMX Business Development (owned by the Lego Group) with focus on investing in high technology start ups. He then worked as Nordic Area Director for Navigon AG, leading software company for mobile navigation.

He is responsible for sourcing and evaluating projects.


Hartmut Bauer, Engineer
Hartmut Bauer has held senior management positions in the technology sector, including board and MD positions in the companies Miro Computer Products AG, Acotec GmbH, ONLine Distributions AG. Today he serves as Director Merger & Acquisition Germany at Landic Property A/S Denmark.

In Navitas he is member of the acquisitions and development committees.

Through his network, technical and management expertise, he will enhance the effectivity and the success of the projects.


Carlos Mayer, Certified Public Accountant
Carlos passed the American Certified Public Accounting Exam in 1993 and the German tax advisor exam in 1995 and has been working as an accountant professional and finance director for quite some years.

He has extensive management and development experience in renewable energy such as Solar, Wind and Biomass.
